INFORMATION FOR U.S. GUESTS

U.S. guests wishing to book their resort stay within the group block should submit their RSVP and select the applicable LAND ONLY option.

Land Only rates include the resort stay only and do not include airfare or airport transfers. Our travel team can assist with airfare and transfers if needed.

If you choose to book your own flights, please send us your flight details. We can assist with arranging private airport transfers, including possible group transfers with other wedding guests travelling on the same flights.

All rates are listed and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your credit card will automatically convert the charge to USD based on its exchange rate at the time of processing. For example, $2,000 CAD is approximately $1,450 USD, depending on the exchange rate and any applicable credit card fees.

Pricing

• Rates below are for the Junior Suite (lead-in room category) by departure gateway.
• Rates for Junior Suite Ocean View, STAR Junior Suite, and Adult Scene Junior Suite are also available upon request.
• Room inventory is shared across all gateways and is not allocated by departure city.

IMPORTANT FLIGHT SCHEDULE UPDATE - Aug 6, 2026

Air Canada has advised us of a schedule change affecting some of our group flights.

7-Night Winnipeg Guests – April 16–23, 2027

The previously scheduled non-stop return flight from Cancun to Winnipeg (AC2089) on April 23 has been cancelled.  Seats have been re-protected on flights returning the same day via Toronto:

• 23APR2027 - AC1813 • Cancun (CUN) → Toronto (YYZ) 10:35 AM – 3:35 PM
• 23APR2027 - AC267 • Toronto (YYZ) → Winnipeg (YWG) 5:25 PM – 7:03 PM
• There is no change to your package price as a result of this schedule change.

5-Night Winnipeg & Calgary Guests - April 16-21,2027

There is also some good news! The schedule changes have improved our 5-night flight options. The previously scheduled flights required connections through Toronto; these have now been changed to non-stop flights for both Winnipeg and Calgary guests.

5 night rates have been reduced and space has been confirmed for Winnipeg and currently pending for Calgary

Reservation Information

Group rates and room inventory are guaranteed until September 23, 2026, (Option/Release Date).

Once your non-refundable deposit is received, your room category, package price, and promotional rate are locked in.

Looking for a different room category? We can certainly check availability. Any room types outside of our group allocation will be subject to current resort availability and pricing.

Room occupancy varies by category and is subject to the resort's policies.

IMPORTANT: VALID CANADIAN & US PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE VALID FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF YOUR TRIP. PASSPORTS MUST BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

Passport Canada recommends that you apply for a new passport if your current passport is damaged, destroyed, or inaccessible. Travellers whose passport is damaged in any way could face significant delays or be denied entry at border crossings or be denied boarding of your flights.

AIR CANADA VACATIONS INSURANCE INFORMATION:

Air Canada Vacations strongly recommends the purchase of an all-inclusive holiday insurance package (trip cancellation, trip interruption, and comprehensive medical travel insurance). Government health plans have severely cut back their coverage of out-of-country medical care.

ALLIANZ & MANULIFE INSURANCE INFORMATION:

Allianz Global Assistance information can be provided upon request - we offer comprehensive, medical, and non-medical packages.

Local Arrival & Departure Taxes: Not included. If applicable, passengers must pay locally per destination.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note — due to the various parties associated with this package, the cancellation/change rules from either the Tour Operator (Air Canada Vacations), Agency (LATravel Group Inc.), or Hotel (Planet Hollywood Cancun) which are most strict will apply.

Payment:

Final payment on your group booking is due February 8, 2027. Changes and cancellations made between the time of booking and the date of departure will be subject to the applicable penalties as outlined below. Air Canada Vacations reserves the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received by the scheduled due date.

Cancellation:

Cancellations received:

67 days or more before departure (before February 8, 2027): No charge; up to 20% attrition of anticipated room nights/seats permitted, based on inventory held at 90 days prior to departure (January 16, 2027).

66 to 46 days before departure (February 9 – March 1, 2027): Loss of deposit. An additional $50.00 per person LAT administration fee will be charged.

45 to 21 days before departure (March 2 – March 26, 2027): 50% fee of total price per passenger. An additional $50.00 per person LAT administration fee will be charged.

20 days or less before departure (March 27, 2027 or later): 100% non-refundable. An additional $50.00 per person LAT administration fee will be charged.

*Flight costs are always 100% non-refundable for packages including domestic flights, connecting flights, or flights operated by a carrier other than Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge. Aeroplan points cannot be refunded or reinstated.

*No-shows and early departures from destination are non-refundable.

*All cancellations and changes must be made directly with your lead agent.

Booking Modification:

Prices per original quote will apply if applicable (or a new quote required at time of change). In addition, fees will apply at:

• 45 days or more before departure (before March 2, 2027): No charge.
• 44 to 21 days before departure (March 3 – March 26, 2027): $200.00 CAD fee per change.
• 20 days or less before departure (March 27, 2027 or later): Treated as a cancellation — full cancellation fees apply.

Name Change (a first or last name adjustment involving 3 or more characters):

• 45 days or more before departure (before March 2, 2027): No charge, unless the hotel has requested a final rooming list.
• 44 to 21 days before departure (March 3 – March 26, 2027): $200.00 CAD fee per name change.
• 20 days or less before departure (March 27, 2027 or later): Treated as a cancellation — full cancellation fees apply.

Changing all names on a file constitutes a cancellation. If you wish to transfer your booking to another person, applicable cancellation fees and rebooking rates may apply, unless comprehensive travel insurance with cancel-for-any-reason or name-transfer coverage has been purchased.

Name correction (before tickets are issued): no charge. After tickets are issued, a $50.00 CAD fee applies per correction.

Name corrections requested at the airport or after ticketing may incur additional fees.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

IMPORTANT: Once the passenger name list has been submitted (due 65 days prior to departure, by February 10, 2027), name changes are not permitted unless authorized directly by the hotel. Any unauthorized change to the file will be treated as a full cancellation.

• Occupancy changes (90 – 0 days prior to departure): any change in room occupancy is on request only and may not be permitted. Rooms are charged at contracted occupancy even if fewer guests occupy the room.
• Changes are not permitted after the group has departed.
• Any guests not paid in full by the final payment due date may be cancelled; unreconciled files may hold up travel documents for the entire group.
• Group seating and check-in: final seat assignment is subject to change up until airport check-in.
• Schedule changes: Air Canada Vacations reserves the right to make aircraft or schedule changes at any time prior to departure.
